tungsten,molybdenum, zirconium, niobium, titanium alloy Nickel, tantalum, hafnium and other rare metal products. The factory has a strong R & D force. It has a complete and systematic rare metal processing and production and scientific research system from the design and evelopment of new products to smelting, forging, rolling, machining,product finishing, physical and chemical inspection and analysis,non-destructive testing, measurement control, etc. The 3T vacuum consumable arc furnace jointly developed by the company and relevant scientific research institutes adopts Siemens full computer control system, high-precision electronic weighing system, remote camera observation system, important process parameter storage and printing system, which can be operated remotely under the video in the control room, realizing full automation of the smelting process,resulting in high yield of titanium ingot and low cost The chemical composition is uniform without gregation.

The 2000 ton free forging hydraulic press is an advanced equipment developed and manufactured jointly by the company, scientific research institutions and manufacturers according to the processing characteristics of titanium alloy.The self weight of the equipment is more than 300 tons, the forging frequency is up to 1 time per second, and 10 tons of titanium ingot can be forged in bloom. The structure of the product is changed from the inside, and the physical properties of the product are improved. The 3500 tons of free forging hydraulic press is an advanced equipment with industry leading level developed by our company and scientific research units based on the technology accumulation of 2000 tons of free forging hydraulic press. The equipment adopts forging pressure automatic upgrade, special multi-stage pressure relief valve and rapid pressure relief, which eliminates the pressure relief impact under large flow, provides technical support for realizing rapid forging, realizes the linkage work of hydraulic press and operator, and can open and forge 20 tons of titanium ingot at one time. The factory has passed and implemented ISO9001 quality system certification, AS9100 aerospace system certification, GJB9001 military system certification and ped pressure equipment certification.
